By accessing and using the Vivint Solar website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Vivint Solar provides residential solar energy consultation, system design, installation, and monitoring services. All solar proposals are estimates based on available data and are subject to site assessment and final engineering review.
Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. All quotes are preliminary estimates. A binding agreement is only formed when both parties execute a formal solar installation contract.
Solar panel warranties include a 25-year linear power warranty (guaranteeing at least 84.95% rated output at year 25) and a 12-year product warranty. Battery systems carry a 10-year warranty. Specific warranty terms are detailed in your installation contract.
Actual energy production and savings depend on many factors including weather, shading, roof orientation, utility rates, and system size. Vivint Solar does not guarantee specific production levels or savings amounts beyond what is stated in the signed contract.
